Can you guarantee the quality of work?

Yes, we are members of the Federation of Master Builders which will provide a Master bond Certificate.

Are you insured to carry out work on my premises?

Yes, we have full public and employee liability insurance to cover us for all work undertaken.

Do I need planning permission for a loft conversion?

Not always, however if your loft is for habitable accommodation then it will have to conform to stringent building regulations.

Who will arrange my plans and planning permission?

Rest assured, Fulham Loft Conversion will liaise with the local authority on all planning issues, from inception of build to completion.

Will you arrange for installation of plumbing and electrics?

Yes, this is all included in our total price. We use qualified plumbers (Corgi registered) and electricians who specialise in loft conversions. We meet all current building regulations.

Can I view a completed conversion?

Yes, it will be our pleasure to show you a recent conversion at the home of one of our many satisfied customers. You may also view a loft conversion in progress if you so wish.
